Guarantee
In the unlikely/unforeseen circumstance there's no driver waiting for you please call us directly to our company (see below) from the public phones which are located at arrivals hall or from your mobile phone. We will compensate you for the inconvenience (subject to our conditions) Claim Policy : You should contact us immediately if there is no our driver waiting at the arranged time. We will not pay any compensation more than the cost of the journey that you have already paid.
Changes & Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, visit link (provided in confirmation email) or send us an email or call us prior to your departure (at least 3.5 hours before arriving to Prague). If you have already paid, you will get a full refund. In case you are booking a return transfer and paying by credit card, there's no partial refund available. If the airline has cancelled your flight please we will be glad if you inform us about it. In case you need to change your booking, you can do it without any charge. Please, let us know as soon as possible.
Financial Variation
If you wish to pay by credit card online, we inform our drivers the payment has been made so you do not need to do anything else. When choosing to pay by credit card on the spot (when arriving to Prague) please remember we do not accept electronic cards.
If you will pay cash to the driver and are booking a return journey, please pay all at once when you arrive to the hotel. Once you have paid the driver will give you a transport voucher which you can give later to the driver on the return journey in lieu of money. When paying in cash we accept Czech currency (CZK), British pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR) and US$. If paying by credit card we charge your card in CZK (exchange rate can be slighly different, depadns on your bank exchange rate).
In case that you require multi-stop transfer (for instance we transfer you to your distination, we will wait there and then we will continue somewhere else) there will is a waiting charge of 200 CZK (5.80 GBP / 7.70 EUR) per hour.
